Achievements

2009: Working closely with farmers’ group NILEAS the first EMAS statement for primary production emerged.

2008: Successful implementation of a protocol proposed by RodaxAgro for the area of Prespes for dry bean production. This effort coordinated by the Prespes Park was appreciated by Carrefour who accepted the product for its quality line. (φωτό με σήμανση και φωτό με λίμνη Πρέσπα)

2006: The implementation of one of our tailor-made management systems by table grape producers in Zemeno (Corinth) resulted to the resolution of a persistant problem of Planococcus ficus attack that not only caused serious damage to the product quality but also triggered pesticide applications near harvest, intensifying thus the residue issue (φωτό με ψευδόκοκκο σε σταφύλια).

2003: First ISO 14001 certifications in Greek agriculture were linked to the first successful implementations of BELOD by a number of farmers’ groups for marketing table grapes, asparagus, apricots, squash, sweet corn and other products free of pesticides residues Φώτο σπαραγγιού και σουλτανίνας

2003 - 2004: RodaxAgro Ltd in cooperation with AXION succeeded to coordinate 30 consultants and 1200 farmers of 28 Farmers Unions all over Greece to implement a system for the development of Good Olive-culture Practices (KOREP) based on a specially designed Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure (IAP).
